造价控制会直接影响到工程建设的经济效益,尤其是在工程建设前期的造价控制,在工程全程造价管控方面起到了关键作用。从多方面,多角度采取有效措施进行造价控制,可在保证建设工程施工质量的前提下,进一步节约施工成本,提高工程效益。本文基于以上论述,从目前工程建设前期造价控制的实质问题出发,探讨了造价控制的优化策略,希望能为建设单位提供借鉴意义。
Cost control will directly affect the economic benefits of construction, especially in the early stage of construction cost control, cost control throughout the project has played a key role. In many aspects and from multiple angles, effective measures should be taken to control the cost. Under the premise of ensuring the construction quality of the construction project, the construction cost can be further saved and the project efficiency can be raised. Based on the above discussion, this paper discusses the optimization strategy of cost control from the essential problems of cost control in the early stage of construction, and hopes to provide reference for construction units.
