代料栽培金针菇是目前国内金针菇生产的主要方式。为了就地取材,充分利用城郊菜区丰富的蔬菜梗资源,我们从1987年开始对多种蔬菜梗栽培食用菌进行了大量的配方筛选,取得了较好效果。现将1990年底至1991年初栽培金针菇的试验结果报道如下:
The cultivation of Flammulina velutipes is currently the main method of producing Flammulina velutipes in China.
