针对包装箱在运输和存放过程中出现失效现象,利用分析软件ANSYS建立包装箱的有限元模型,模拟实际情况对模型施加载荷并进行分析,结果表明,包装箱的结构强度满足设计要求。
Aiming at the failure phenomenon during the process of transportation and storage, the finite element model of the packing box was established by the analysis software ANSYS. The load was simulated and analyzed according to the actual situation. The results showed that the structural strength of the packing box satisfied the design requirements.
