用振动速度的均方根值V_(rms)表示往复式活塞压缩机基础的振动烈度,同现行《动力机器基础设计规范》(GKJ40-79)中用两个谐波振动速度分量峰值的算术和表示振动烈度相比较,除了可与有关国际标准靠拢;与《往复活塞压缩机机械振动测量与评价》(GB7777-87)和《制订机器振动标准的基础》(GB6075-85)相协调;与某些按国际标准制造的测振仪器相配合,直接测得基础上各点的V_(rms)值,以核对该点的计算值等优点外,还有两个明显的优点:
The vibration intensity of the reciprocating piston compressor is represented by the rms value V_(rms) of the vibration speed, and the arithmetical sum of the peak values of the two harmonic vibration velocity components in the current “Basic Specification for Power Machinery” (GKJ40-79) is used. It indicates that the vibration intensity is comparable with that of the relevant international standards; it is coordinated with the “Mechanical Vibration Measurement and Evaluation of Reciprocating Piston Compressors” (GB7777-87) and “Development of Machine Vibration Standards” (GB6075-85); and Some vibratory measuring instruments manufactured in accordance with international standards cooperate to directly measure the V_(rms) value of each point on the basis, and to verify the advantages of calculating the points, there are two obvious advantages:
