以玉兰亚属的 2 0个材料 (含种和品种 )为研究对象 ,用RAPD技术对其亲缘关系进行分析。从 5 5个随机引物中筛选出 15个 ,对所有供试材料进行扩增 ,共获得 2 74条DNA谱带 ,其中 2 6 2条为多态性带。建立的基于RAPD结果的亲缘关系树形图显示玉兰亚属的基因背景非常复杂 ,类群划分较为困难 ,说明中国的玉兰亚属种质资源非常丰富。
Twenty species (including species and varieties) of the genus Eulalia were studied by RAPD technique. Fifteen out of 55 random primers were screened and all the tested materials were amplified. A total of 2 74 DNA bands were obtained, of which 2662 were polymorphic bands. The established phylogenetic tree based on RAPD results shows that the genetic background of Magnoliaceae is very complicated and it is difficult to classify the taxa, which shows that the genera of genus Magnolia is abundant in China.
