小学英语新课程标准指出:“基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力”。它包括“听、说、读、写”四个方面的技能以及这四种技能的综合运用能力。听和读是语言输入的过程,而说和写是语言输出的过程。英语作为一门语言,学习的目的便在交流。而“写”是进行语言表达和交流的一个重要方面。
The new curriculum standard for primary English states: “The overall goal of the English curriculum in basic education is to develop students’ ability to use comprehensive language”. It includes the four skills of “listening, speaking, reading and writing” and the comprehensive utilization of these four skills. Listening and reading are the process of language input, and speaking and writing are the process of language output. English as a language, the purpose of learning is to exchange. “Writing ” is an important aspect of language expression and communication.
