中期妊娠引产是计划生育工作的一个重要组成部分。对于如何提高引产质量,我国医务工作者在党的正确领导下作了不少努力。临床实践证明中药花粉素肌注对中期妊娠引产是确有成效的。据文献报导其有效率达97.87％,平均流产时间为6天15小时,从进一步提高有效率,缩短流产时间和减轻药物反应出发,我们把肌肉注射的用药途径改为羊膜腔内注射。我院从一九七三年十一月至一九七五年四月用此法引产103例,成功率为100％。兹介绍如下,供临床工作参考。 一、病例选择:宫内妊娠4(1/2)～6月,心、肝、肾功能正常,无出血倾向,对花粉素不
Mid-term pregnancy induction of labor is an important part of family planning work. For how to improve the quality of labor induction, medical workers in our country made a lot of efforts under the correct leadership of the party. Clinical practice has proved that Chinese medicine penehyclidine injection of midterm pregnancy induced labor is indeed effective. According to the literature reported that its effective rate was 97.87%, the average abortion time of 6 days and 15 hours, from further improve the efficiency, shorten the time of abortion and reduce drug reactions, we use the intramuscular route of injection into the amniotic cavity injection.
