××隧道为国内江河沉管隧道,采用建安费下浮率报价方式招标,承包人根据合同约定的计价文件编制工程造价文件。本文以××隧道工程造价编制为实际案例,分析了借用不同行业定额时费率的取费标准,从工程造价的组成、计价规范及预算定额消耗量的编制方法进行分析,提出借用定额时只借用预算定额消耗量标准,编制规定、计价规范按主体工程规定执行的意见,为工程造价编制中借用预算定额时费率的取费方法提供参考。
