创建学习型企业,应结合中国企业的管理模式,从企业自己的实际情况出发,搭建新的学习框架,确立灵活的学习观念和学习方法,激励员工自觉学习,在企业内形成浓厚的团队学习氛围。本文从建立健全企业员工培训机制和各类培训管理制度、加强上岗资格培训管理、强化操作类员工培训的激励管理、对企业各级各类管理人员进行新知识、新理念、新技术、新工艺为主要内容的继续教育培训、对专业技术人员应该进行高层次的系统培训等五方面对系统的建立企业的学习机制进行了探讨。
