本文用近似的方法(即不计阻尼)获得了共振时的临界长度。此法比考虑阻尼时简便得多,便于应用。当钻井在一定参数下钻至临界长度时,应调整有关参数,以免共振。如要减少对钻头的冲击力,弹簧上端尽可能在振型的腹点附近。考虑阻尼的解,参照了Kreisle等人的文章,但模型上作了简化(如图1),把钻铤当作刚体,这样算得临界长度与近似解相近。同时也指出Kreisle等人某些片面的结论。
In this paper, the approximate method (ie without damping) to obtain the resonant critical length. This method is much easier and easier to consider than damping. When drilling a certain parameter to the critical length, should adjust the parameters to avoid resonance. To reduce the impact on the drill, the upper end of the spring is as close as possible to the point of oscillation of the pattern. Considering the damping solution, reference is made to Kreisle et al.’s article, but the model is simplified (Figure 1). The drill collar is considered as a rigid body, so that the critical length is similar to the approximate solution. It also points to some one-sided conclusions by Kreisle et al.
