“幼教是一项慢的艺术。”从小教转到幼教,更真切地体会到:“所谓教育,是人对人的主体灵性的交流活动,包括知识内容的传授,生命内涵的领悟,意志行为的规范,并通过文化传递功能,将文化遗产教给下一代,使他们自由生成,并启迪其自由天性。”也更明晰了这项“慢的艺术”所蕴含的深度与广度。通过对幼教,特别是对幼教管理半学期的尝试,笔者认为,幼儿园的工作在实质体现上,与小学赫然不同。特别是处于农村和县城结合部的幼儿园,因面对的幼儿习性、家长素质不同,所要呈现出的幼教氛围也是有别于现代幼教主流的。基于现在幼教小学化的现象严重,我首先倡导的是本真,适于
