解放军第60医院曾收治了5例芥子气中毒伤员,均为气雾态和液态染毒。例1王×染毒后22.5h入院:血压零,脉细微不清。染毒3h出现头晕、心悸、咽癌、频吐,皮肤广泛水疱,损伤面积81.2％,深Ⅱ°以上13.4％。入院诊断:芥子气中毒:(1)重度中毒性休克;(2)皮肤重度伤;(3)呼吸道重度伤;(4)眼损伤;(5)全身吸收中毒重度。例2冯×,例3高×,例4谭×,例5潘×。皮肤染毒面积分别为15％,20％,31％,1％。王×虽经抗毒、抗休克,抗感染治疗,病情未根本控制,伤后8～12d
