2012年1-10月,黑龙江省电信行业累计完成投资52亿元其中,3G投资14亿元。全省电信业务总量累计完成245.8亿元比上年同期增长7.8%;全省电信业务收入累计完成207亿元比上年同期增长7%。2012年10月,全省电话用户(含固定和移动电话用户)总数达到3603.9万户,比上月增加9.4万户。目前全省电话普及率达到94部/百人,固定电话普及率达到20.4部百人,移动电话普及率达到73.6部/百人。固定互联网宽带接入用户438.6万户,固定互联网宽带接入用户普及率11.4%,4M及以上用户占比69%。
From January to October 2012, the telecommunications industry in Heilongjiang Province totally invested 5.2 billion yuan, of which 3G investment was 1.4 billion yuan. The total amount of telecommunications business in the province totaled 24.58 billion yuan, up 7.8% over the same period of previous year; the telecom business income of the province totaled 20.7 billion yuan, up 7% over the same period of last year. In October 2012, the total number of telephone subscribers (including fixed and mobile phone subscribers) in the province reached 360.39 million, an increase of 94,000 from the previous month. Currently the province’s telephone penetration rate reached 94/100 people, the fixed-line phone penetration rate reached 20.4 100 people, mobile phone penetration rate reached 73.6 / 100 people. 43.86 million subscribers of fixed broadband Internet access, 11.4% of fixed broadband Internet access users and 69% of users of 4M and above.
