一、前言保证螺旋分级机长期无故障地运转是保证磨机不停顿的工作和整个选矿厂连续生产的重要条件之一,但是螺旋分级机一直存在三大关键问题——螺旋叶片磨损快、断轴、下部轴承易坏。现在,前两问题已初步找到解决方法,唯有后一问题,尽管下了很大功夫,采取了种种措施,但始终没有找到有效的方法,一直没有得到解决。本文试图通过螺旋分级机下部轴承损坏原因的分析,总结已往下部轴承改进设计
