幼鲮对3H-Leu吸收积累除鳃中为5h达到高峰值外,其它取样组织器官均为10h达到高峰值;而3H-Lys吸收积累在肌肉和脑中达到高峰值的时间不是10h而是15h。对3H-Leu的吸收积累能力为肝脏>心脏>肠>脑>鳃>肌肉;而对3H-Lys吸收积累能力则为肝脏>肠>心脏>脑>鳃>肌肉。在不同时间积累的同位素标记氨基酸,量的变化上也存在一些差别,3H-Lys为10h>15h>5h>24h>36h>48h;3H-Lys则为10h>15h>24h>36h>5h>48h。幼鲮对3H-Leu的利用过程比对3H-Lys快。

There were also some differences in the amount of isotope-labeled amino acids accumulated at different time points. 3H-Lys was 10h> 15h> 5h> 24h> 36h> 48h and 3H-Lys was 10h> 15h> 24h> 36h> 5h> 48h . The utilization of 3H-Leu by juveniles is faster than that of 3H-Lys.
