针对薄煤层开采工艺,采用CAN-bus通信技术,研制和开发了全自动刨煤机组电控系统。阐述了系统总体结构设计、系统硬件设计、系统软件设计及系统的通信协议设计,给出了系统网络拓扑结构、软件流程、通讯协议。硬件系统有防爆兼本质安全型工控机、中央控制器、语音闭锁系统、液压支架电控系统和工作面辅助控制系统等设备,电控系统软件编程主要采用C++语言和组态软件等。
For the thin coal seam mining technology, using CAN-bus communication technology, developed and developed automatic plow unit electronic control system.
