1995年5月,礼泉县城市信用社被授予“省级明星企业”的称号。笔者怀着一种好奇心理去探究这家金融企业成功的奥秘。接待我的是信用社主任赵荣同志,我努力想读懂他这张将入不惑之年的脸:典型的国字状,清瘦黑红,给人一种农民的憨厚相;一双不显大方的眸子,透出的是灵气,又让人会作出精明生意人的联想;声音从那张薄薄的双唇间发出,清脆而快捷,机关枪扫射一般,让人产生一种急迫感。我想,如果这位“当家人”正象我的判断,是一位性格比较完善的人物,那么,信用社取得成功的答案可能已经找到了。于是,我采访了这位从农村信用社创出一番事业的“泥腿子”干部。
In May 1995, Liquan County Urban Credit Cooperative was awarded the title of “Provincial Star Enterprise”. The author with a curiosity to explore the success of this financial business mystery. Reception is my comrade Zhao Rong, director of credit cooperatives, and I tried hard to read this will not be confused into the face of the Year of the Face: typical Guo Zi shape, thin black and red, giving a simple and honest peasants; a pair of non-generous Eyes, revealing the aura, but also make the association of savvy businessmen; sound issued from that thin lips, crisp and fast, machine gun fire in general, people have a sense of urgency. I think if the “family” just as I judge, is a character more perfect character, then the success of credit cooperatives may have found the answer. So, I interviewed this from the rural credit cooperatives to create a career of “muddy” cadres.
