目前,新课程背景下,究竟如何通过精细化管理推进教学质量的不断提升,如何通过进行教学管理改革,使教学管理更好地促进师生的共同发展,是中学必须思考的问题。我认为,新课程背景下最好的办法莫过于实施精细化教学管理。实施精细化管理关键是使精细化工作方式将学校管理层管理理念逐渐转变为师生行为准则和价值取向,精心落实到学校各项工作中的每个细节,追求教学工作精致,使之成为学校特有的管理文化。
