当拖拉机需要修理时,都希望用最简便的方法,以最快的速度拆卸。现以神牛-25拖拉机为例,介绍其简便拆卸方法。 1.不分离前桥,整机状态下进行拆装 (1) 可更换缸盖、缸套,或活塞、连杆可直接调整气门间隙,调节喷油压力,更换喷油器,更换喷油泵柱塞等,不必拆卸其它零件。 (2) 更换水箱、水泵拆水泵时,先松开水箱下部两个螺栓,再松开水箱上水管螺栓,将水箱向前推。这样,水泵拆下时能顺利取出。拆水箱时,先拆去机罩的左右侧板及固定板,取下水箱上水管,拧下下部螺栓。提出水箱时,需转动风扇叶片,不必分离前桥。 (3) 拆换油箱拆换时不必拆驾驶室。需拆下仪表盘、机油表、水温表、气压表导管,拆转向器总成—传动箱上前盖,油箱从驾驶室内取出。
