以完成高速动平衡试验并满足平衡判据要求的某涡轴发动机动力涡轮转子为研究对象,对影响转子平衡状态的2个因素(传动轴和输出轴之间的花键配合、支承输出轴组件和动力涡轮转子的2个支座之间的不对中)开展了系统的试验研究。研究结果表明:改变花键的配合状态或2个支座之间的不对中程度,由4个位移传感器实测的动力涡轮转子在临界转速和额定工作转速下的转子挠度经高速动平衡后均发生了明显变化,说明这2个因素对转子的平衡状态均有较大影响。
Taking the turbine rotor of a turbo-shaft engine as the research object, the two factors that affect the equilibrium state of the rotor (the spline fit between the propeller shaft and the output shaft, the output shaft assembly supporting the output shaft And power turbine rotor 2 between the two misalignment) conducted a systematic experimental study.
