苏联与我国工会是世界最大的工会组织。但在工会财务收支方面异同并存。一,财务收入方面。苏联工会的主要财务收入有:①会员的会费;②企业向本单位的工会提供的资金;③工会各级文化、体育、教育等营业性机构的收入;④工会出版部门上交的利润和志愿体育协会会员交纳的会费等。我国工会的主要财务收入有①会员交纳的会费;②行政拨交的工会经费;③工会举办企事业的收入;④各级政府和企业、事业行政的补助。
The union of the Soviet Union and our country is the largest union in the world. However, there are similarities and differences in the financial revenues and expenditures of trade unions. First, the financial income. The main financial revenues of the Soviet union are: ① Members’ membership dues; ② Funds provided by the enterprises to their work unions; ③ Incomes from trade organizations at all levels of the trade union, such as culture, sports and education; ④ Profit and willingness handed over by the trade union publishing departments Sports Association members to pay dues and so on. The main financial incomes of our trade unions are: ① membership dues; ② administrative expenses allocated by the administration; ③ income from the enterprises and institutions run by the trade unions; and ④ grants to governments at all levels and enterprises and administrative departments.
