目的:观察益气滋阴通腑方对硫酸吗啡控释片所致便秘的临床疗效,并检测该方对血清胃动素的影响,为临床治疗硫酸吗啡控释片所致便秘提供新思路及新方法。方法:选取因癌痛而使用过硫酸吗啡控释片所致便秘的病例60例,随机分为2组,各30例,治疗组(益气滋阴通腑方),对照组(乳果糖口服溶液),给药治疗2周后观察两组患者便秘症状、便秘评分和血清胃动素的变化。结果:治疗后两组便秘症状、便秘评分均有改善;血清胃动素水平均提升,总体疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论:益气滋阴通腑方对因口服硫酸吗啡控释片引起的便秘确有疗效,此外还能提高血清胃动素含量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Ziyin Tongfu Decoction on constipation induced by morphine sulfate controlled release tablets, and to detect the effect of this prescription on serum motilin, to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of constipation caused by morphine sulfate controlled release tablets new method. Methods: Sixty cases of constipation caused by cancer pain and morphine controlled release tablets were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). The treatment group (Yiqi Ziyin Tongfu Decoction) and the control group (lactulose oral Solution). After 2 weeks of treatment, constipation symptoms, constipation scores and serum motilin were observed in two groups. Results: After treatment, both constipation symptoms and constipation scores improved; the level of serum motilin increased, and the overall curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusions: Yiqi Ziyin Tongfu Decoction has definite curative effect on constipation caused by oral administration of Morphine Sulfate Controlled Release Tablets, besides, it can also increase the content of serum motilin.
