跟随着企业在非洲的业务扩展,笔者在非洲国家阿尔及利亚、安哥拉、喀麦隆和卢旺达,参与了若干个卫星城的建设工作。非洲的城市化越来越快,在比较特殊的地形环境里,建设大规模卫星城的情况也日益增多。只有从融资需求、城市发展、地形地质、城市规划、产业融合、区域特色、政府合作等各个方面,对新城建设进行前期评价和后期拓展,才能真正地利用非洲的发展优势和中国的产能优势,达到做好项目、长期合作、优势互补的目的,并形成互利共赢和共同
Following the business expansion in Africa, I participated in the construction of several satellite towns in the African countries of Algeria, Angola, Cameroon and Rwanda. The urbanization in Africa is getting faster and faster. In the special terrain environment, the construction of large-scale satellite cities is also increasing. Only from the aspects of financing needs, urban development, topographic and geology, urban planning, industrial integration, regional characteristics and government cooperation, can we make the most of the development advantages of Africa and China’s production capacity advantage by carrying out the pre-evaluation and post-expansion of the new city construction.
