学生是祖国的未来,是促进祖国兴旺发达的重要推动力,承担着促进祖国发展进步的重要历史责任。当前随着学生数量的逐渐增多,导致其在就业方面存在一些问题。“大众创业,万众创新”已经成为一种趋势,高校和社会都非常重视。笔者主要探究了医学院校开展创业教育对于人才培养的积极作用、探究影响医学院校人才培养创新教育的因素以及如何在医学院更好地推进创业教育,促进人才培养等内容。
Students are the future of the motherland, an important driving force for promoting the prosperity of the motherland and bear the important historic responsibility for promoting the development and progress of the motherland. At present, with the gradual increase of the number of students, there are some problems in employment. “Mass entrepreneurship, innovation of many people ” has become a trend, colleges and social attaches great importance. The author mainly explores the positive role that entrepreneurship education plays in personnel training in medical colleges and universities and explores the factors influencing the innovation education of personnel training in medical colleges and universities and how to better promote entrepreneurship education and promote the training of qualified personnel in medical schools.
