采用石英砂溶液培养法 ,研究缩节安 (DPC)和氯化钙溶液浸种处理对种子萌发出苗期棉株耐盐性的调节作用。结果表明 ,在 15 0 mm ol/ L Na Cl胁迫下 ,除 0 .5 mg/ L DPC和 10 mm ol/ L Ca Cl2 浸种处理以外 ,1.0~ 3.0mg/ L DPC和 2 0~ 6 0 m mol/ L Ca Cl2 浸种均显著降低棉花发芽势、出苗率和二叶期棉苗干物重 ;1.0~ 2 .0 mg/ LDPC和 10~ 6 0 mm ol/ L Ca Cl2 处理显著地降低棉花地上部 Na+ 含量、增加 K+ 含量、提高 K+ / Na+ ,其中以 1.5 m g/L DPC和 2 0 mm ol/ L Ca Cl2 处理效应最明显。
Quartz sand solution culture method was used to study the regulation effect of DPC and CaCl2 solution on the salt tolerance of cotton plants during seed germination. The results showed that under the stress of 150 mmol / L NaCl, 1.0 ~ 3.0 mg / L DPC and 20 ~ 60 mg / L DPC and 10 mmol / / L Ca Cl2 significantly decreased cotton germination potential, emergence rate and dry weight of two-leaf cotton seedlings. 1.0 ~ 2.0 mg / L LDPC and 10 ~ 60 mmol / L Ca Cl2 significantly decreased cotton shoot Na + K + content increased and K + / Na + increased. Among them, the effects of 1.5 mg / L DPC and 20 mmol / L CaCl 2 were the most obvious.
