本文介绍一种分离狗心肌细胞及其钙、镁、铜、锌离子含量测定方法。活检心肌组织经酶分离的心肌细胞中,75~80%保持了细胞形态结构的完整性。电生理记录到静息电位(-70μV)和动作电位波形,并产生频率响应性兴奋收缩。本文建立的心肌细胞内钙、镁、铜、锌离子含量测定方法具有较理想的准确度和精密度。
This article describes a separation of dog myocardial cells and calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc ion content determination method. Biopsy myocardial tissue enzyme-isolated myocardial cells, 75 to 80% to maintain the integrity of the cell morphology and structure. Electrophysiology was recorded to resting potential (-70μV) and action potential waveforms and to produce frequency-responsive excitatory contractions. The established method for the determination of calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc ion in cardiomyocytes has an ideal accuracy and precision.
