First, the launching ceremony November 23, 2011, Xixia Ling declared World Cultural Heritage cum National Archaeological Park Park Launching Ceremony held in the Western Xia Imperial Tombs. Autonomous Region leaders Wang Zhengwei, Cui Bo, Xu Guangguo, Qu Yuanyu, An Chunren and Sheng Jianguo attended the launching ceremony. Autonomous Region Chairman Wang Zhengwei and Director of State Administration of Cultural Heritage Shan Xiang jointly launched the project of declaring Xixiailing World Cultural Heritage & National Archeological Park. Chinese and foreign tourists as the reputation of “Oriental Pyramid ” of Western Xia Imperial Tombs, static
