利用铁谱技术考察了兰炼石化院开发的高效内燃机磨合油与普通机油对４９２ＱＢ１６型汽油机的磨合效果，结果表明：高效内燃机磨合油能缩短磨合时间，改善磨合性能。最后确定了采用高效内燃机磨合油后较为合理的４９２ＱＢ１６型汽油机出厂磨合规范。
The effect of running-in of 492QB16 gasoline engine on the 492QB16 gasoline engine developed by Lanbai Petrochemical Institute was investigated by ferrography. The results show that high efficiency internal combustion engine can shorten the running-in time and improve the running-in performance. Finally, it is confirmed that the 492QB16 gasoline engine with reasonable internal combustion engine operating efficiency after the high efficiency internal combustion engine is put into operation.
