Liu Guoguang is one of the most famous contemporary economists in China. His economic theory and opinions have a wide range of influence both at home and abroad. Especially in the determination of macroeconomic policy-making and national policies, his opinion has always been influenced by the government’s highly valued. For more than a decade, especially at a critical period of economic development, Liu Guoguang has put forward innovative ideas and policy proposals.
