党的第十八次代表大会提出要办好人民满意的教育,对于职业技术教育来讲,我们要加强专业建设,实现专业与经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整的吻合;提高人才培养质量,实现人才培养与市场需求和劳动就业的结合;坚持以人为本,实现高职学生职业道德、职业素养与职业技能的全面发展;加强师德师风建设,提高教师队伍的专业化水平;深化颠覆性教学改革,提升职业教育的教学质量;落实各项政策,全面实现职业教育的公平,从而推动现代职业教育事业的科学发展。
