目前国内大型铸件、锻件的划线,还是用划针盘和钢皮尺的老办法,操作费工费时,易出差错,劳动强度大。我厂在机床上应用数显装置的启示下,78年开始将数显装置应用于大件划线中,但由于当时数显表体积大,拖着连接电线,使用很不方便。近年来集成电路数显表问世后,数显表与检测元件集于一体,采用电池为电源,移动灵活方便,读数快速正确,精度达0.01毫米。划线装置采用窄型直线式感应同步器作为检测元件,SF1-10型数显表。碱性镉镍电池(±12伏)为电源。
