研究一种新的面齿轮传动修形方式,即小齿轮采用双向修形(等半径圆弧齿向修形与齿廓修形),面齿轮采用齿廓修形。在包络小齿轮和插齿刀的齿廓修形齿条刀具齿面不重合且小齿轮和插齿刀存在齿数差的条件下,推导面齿轮齿廓修形和小齿轮双向修形齿面方程。考虑面齿轮副存在安装误差,进行轮齿接触分析。算例表明,论文提出的新的面齿轮修形方式具有如下特点:接触轨迹倾斜分布,有效避免边缘接触;齿廓修形参数对轮齿接触轨迹影响较大,小齿轮齿向修形可降低接触轨迹对安装误差的敏感性;改变修形参数,可对接触轨迹分布进行控制。得到开口向下且近似对称的抛物线型传动误差,使传动更加平稳。
