目的研究大花金挖耳Carpesium macrocephalum全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据以及X-射线单晶衍射方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从大花金挖耳丙酮提取物中分离得到5个百里香酚类单萜,分别鉴定为(Z)-10-异丁酰氧基-9-氯-8,9-二羟基百里香酚(1)、9-异丁酰氧基-7,8-环氧-百里香酚异丁酸酯(2)、8-羟基-9-异丁酰氧基-10(2)-甲基丁酰氧基百里香酚(3)、8,10-二羟基-9-异丁酰氧基百里香酚(4)、10-异丁酰氧基-8,9-二羟基百里香酚(5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为大花金挖耳素;化合物2~5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Carpesium macrocephalum. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties, spectral data and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Results A total of 5 thymol monoterpenes were isolated from Dahuajin ear-acetone extract and identified as (Z) -10-isobutyryloxy-9-chloro-8,9-dihydroxythymol (1 ), 9-isobutyryloxy-7,8-epoxy-thymol isobutyrate (2), 8-hydroxy-9- isobutyryloxy-10 (2) -methylbutyryloxy Thymol (3), 8,10-dihydroxy-9-isobutyryloxythymol (4), 10-isobutyryloxy-8,9-dihydroxythymol (5). Conclusions Compound 1 is a new compound named Dahuajin digging ear. Compounds 2 ~ 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
