随着世界经济社会的飞速发展,石化资源的日益枯竭,用生物质资源生产新能源化学品的研究越来越受到人们的重视。本研究利用内蒙古丰富的生物质资源沙柳为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,稀硫酸为催化剂,在高温条件下,采用直接醇解法制备乙酰丙酸乙酯,用气相色谱内标法来检测产物中乙酰丙酸乙酯及其含量,并考察了料液浓度、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对乙酰丙酸乙酯产率的影响。通过正交实验找出较优醇解反应条件为:料液浓度0.015 g/mL、反应温度170℃、硫酸浓度0.06 mol/L、反应时间3 h。在此条件下对沙柳进行醇解反应制备乙酰丙酸乙酯,产率可达31.83%。
With the rapid economic and social development in the world and the depletion of petrochemical resources, more and more attention has been paid to the research on the production of new energy and chemicals from biomass resources. In this study, the abundant biomass resources in Salix in Inner Mongolia as raw material, anhydrous ethanol as solvent, dilute sulfuric acid as catalyst, at high temperature, prepared by direct alcoholysis ethyl levulinate, using gas chromatography internal standard method to detect The product ethyl levulinate and its content, and investigated the feed concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of catalyst and other factors on the yield of ethyl levulinate. The optimal alcoholysis conditions were as follows: the feed concentration was 0.015 g / mL, the reaction temperature was 170 ℃, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 0.06 mol / L and the reaction time was 3 h. Under these conditions, Salvia miltiorrhiza was alcoholysis reaction to prepare ethyl levulinate with the yield of 31.83%.
