目的掌握浦口区在岗医务人员艾滋病防护知识及其应用情况。方法应用事先自行设计好的调查研究表格,按照整群抽样的方法,由经培训的合格专业人员,对全区在岗的医务人员进行艾滋病防护知识及意外损伤和处理现况进行调查,建立数据库,应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果全区在岗医务人员掌握及应用艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率达80.2%,能够正确掌握暴露防护分级知识的有69.7%,知识来源呈现多元化。有职业意外损伤史的人员为78.1%,意外损伤后63.0%采取清洗消毒。不同的医疗机构、专业在相关知识、意外损伤程度及防制态度行为方面差异有统计学意义。结论应加强全区在岗医务人员有关艾滋病防护防制知识的进一步培训指导,规范操作,降低意外损伤率,规范意外损伤后的处理和相关防制行为。
Objective To understand the knowledge and application of HIV / AIDS prevention among medical staff in Pukou District. Methods According to the method of cluster sampling, the pre-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status of HIV prevention knowledge and accidental injury and treatment of medical staff in the region by trained and qualified professionals. The database, Application SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The overall knowledge rate of on-the-job medical staff in holding and applying HIV / AIDS prevention and control knowledge in the region reached 80.2%, 69.7% of them correctly grasped the grading knowledge of exposure protection, and diversified sources of knowledge. 78.1% had a history of occupational accidental injuries, and 63.0% after accidental injuries were cleaned and disinfected. Different medical institutions, majors in the relevant knowledge, degree of accidental injury and attitude control behavior differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Further training guidance should be given to standardization of HIV / AIDS prevention and control knowledge among medical staff in the region, regulating operation, reducing the rate of accidental injury, regulating the handling after accidental injury and related prevention and control behaviors.
