2014年,国务院批复同意支持长沙、株洲、湘潭三个国家高新技术产业开发区建设国家自主创新示范区,2015年长株潭国家自主创新示范区建设动员大会在长沙召开。长株潭国家自主创新示范区启动建设,是对国家创新驱动发展战略的贯彻实施,该项实践为全国创新驱动发展将发挥着示范引领作用。这一创新驱动发展战略的实施,为长沙的创业发展同新的平台。作为创业驱动发展的新的发展机遇,长沙市正大力推进科技创新,以确保全省经济快速稳定发展。本论文针对新形势下长沙科技创新创业服务体系建设展开研究。
In 2014, the State Council approved and agreed to support the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zones in three high-tech industrial development zones of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. In 2015, the mobilization meeting of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan national independent innovation demonstration zones will be held in Changsha. The starting construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan National Innovation Demonstration Zone is a follow-up to the implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy, which will play a leading role in the development of national innovation-driven development. The implementation of this innovation-driven development strategy will provide a platform for the development of businesses in Changsha. As a new development opportunity for entrepreneurial development, Changsha is making great efforts to promote scientific and technological innovation so as to ensure rapid and steady economic development in the province. This thesis aims at the construction of Changsha science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship service system under the new situation.
