The United States, “New England Journal of Medicine” that adults often moderate rather than intense physical activity can extend their lives. The magazine tracks 16,636 graduates from Harvard University in the United States for 16 years. They found that people who like to participate in sports do not participate in physical activity at all. Studies have shown that after 30 years of age, the physiological function of people at a rate of 0.75% to 1% per year decline, and those who do not exercise and sitting people, physiological function degradation rate is twice as often exercisers. Someone who has done statistics, athletes and non-athletes, the same 35-year-old, the latter and the former senescence can be a difference of 8 years; to the age of 45 can differ from each other 20 years later every 10 years, the gap increased by two years. From this we can see that exercise is about life for people of all ages
