高职教育是我国高等教育中一条独特的实践道路,其主要针对的是在校高职专科院校的学生进行统一的知识培养与教学。而由于法律课程的特殊性,在高职法律课程的教学过程中,需加大对该课程的不断改革与创新,以此探索出一条适合我国高职法律课程不断发展的科学之路。
Higher vocational education is a unique practice path in higher education of our country. Its main aim is to carry out unified knowledge cultivation and teaching for students in higher vocational colleges. However, due to the particularity of legal courses, in the process of teaching legal courses in higher vocational colleges, we need to intensify the continuous reform and innovation of the course so as to explore a scientific way that suits the continuous development of legal courses in higher vocational education in our country.
