以上海市35家三级甲等医院为研究对象,针对医院管理和廉洁风险易发多发问题、关键环节和风险点制度为重点,研究构建医院管理权责清晰、流程规范、风险明确、措施有力、制度管用、预警及时的防控平台。通过厘清职务权力、执业权力、患者满意度、供应商诚信度等方面权限与流程,探索建立并运用信息化技术,实现工作流程的动态实时预警防控。
Taking the 35 Grade-A hospitals in Shanghai as the study objects, the hospital management and clean-risk risks are prone to be more and more serious, the key links and the risk-point system are the key points, and the research of building hospital management rights and responsibilities is clear, the procedure is standardized, the risks are clear and the measures are effective , System management, early warning and timely prevention and control platform. By clarifying authority and process of job authority, practice power, patient satisfaction, supplier integrity and so on, the paper explores the establishment and application of information technology to realize the dynamic real-time early warning prevention and control of workflow.
