作者对32例组织学证实为恶性胶质瘤的病人进行了脑内短距离治疗。男性24例,女性8例。半数以上年龄在50至69,发病高峰在60岁年龄组。12.5%的病人为未分化星形细胞瘤,87.5%的病人为多形性胶质瘤。全部病人均进行丁肿瘤切除,术后约两周,脑内髓入Cf-252放射源。此外还接受~(60)Co或6MevX线作全脑放疗。把3年内的临床试验分为三个阶段。第一阶段,应用单管植入,全脑照射5000至6000rad;第二阶段,应用多管植入,使肿瘤量达到6000rad,即是全脑照射4000~4500rad,缩野瘤床局部再增加1500至2000rad。第三阶段仍用多管植入,仅修改体外放疗技术,改全脑照射为部
