随着科学技术的进步,在生产过程中对定位精度的要求越来越高,尽管数控系统可以实现高精度的定位,但因价格昂贵,目前在国内尚未得到广泛的应用。本文讨论用单片机对步进电机进行定位控制。该系统为两轴联动控制系统,它对于运动轨迹坐标点有较高的精度要求,其插补算法采用“时间片分割法”,因此可以大大提高系统的进给速度。实现的产品可以和现在市场上存在的步进电机驱动器及步进电机相连接,组成一个步进电机定位控制系统。
With the progress of science and technology, the requirements for positioning accuracy in the production process are getting higher and higher. Although the numerical control system can achieve high-precision positioning, it is not yet widely used in China because of its high price. This article discusses the use of single-chip stepper motor positioning control. The system is a two-axis linkage control system, which has higher accuracy requirements for the coordinate point of motion trajectory. The interpolation algorithm adopts “time slice segmentation method”, so the feed speed of the system can be greatly improved. The realized product can be connected with the stepping motor driver and the stepper motor which are present in the market, and form a stepping motor positioning control system.
