唐曹铁路项目是河北省和唐山市为满足经济社会发展需求和助力京津冀协同发展而采取的重要举措。本文分析了唐曹铁路建设,对适应曹妃甸至唐山乃至北京之间快速客运需求,提升曹妃甸港区疏港能力和集港运输的重要意义。同时,阐述了唐曹铁路项目公司投资和运营的方案,分析了唐曹铁路项目方案存在的主要弊端,提出了改进的措施建议。
The Tang-Cao railway project is an important measure taken by Hebei Province and Tangshan City to meet the needs of economic and social development and help the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. This article analyzes the construction of Tang Cao railway, to meet the rapid passenger demand between Caofeidian to Tangshan and even Beijing, and to enhance the port capacity of Caofeidian port and the importance of port transportation. At the same time, it elaborates the scheme of investment and operation of Tangcao Railway Project Company, analyzes the main drawbacks of the program of Tangcao Railway, and proposes some suggestions for improvement.
