本文主要介绍激光光斑法的测量原理及其应用在测量表面粗糙度方面近几年所取得的进展。文中涉及的沈阳机电设计院研制的检测外表面粗糙度的“激光光洁度检测仪”、云南光学仪器厂与建设机床厂共同研制的“QG—1激光枪膛光洁度仪”、西安工业学院最近研制的“激光、光纤内表面粗糙度检测仪”等三种仪器均属无损测试,各具特色,尤其在内表面测试方面的应用是一个突破。
This article mainly introduces the measuring principle of laser spot method and its application in the measurement of surface roughness in recent years made progress. In this paper, “QG-1 laser gun smoothness tester” jointly developed by Shenyang Mechanical and Electrical Design Institute, developed by Shenyang Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Design, to measure the roughness of the outer surface, Yunnan Optical Instrument Factory and Construction Machine Tool Plant, recently developed by Xi’an Institute of Technology “Laser, optical fiber surface roughness tester” and other three kinds of instruments are non-destructive testing, each with its own characteristics, especially in the application of the inner surface test is a breakthrough.
