当前,我国公共财税体制改革对高校管理体制的影响日益明显,高校财务管理模式逐步转变。为提高高校财务管理的效率、效益、精细化水平,迫切需要建立一支由专业水平高、管理经验丰富的总会计师领导,由高素质、高学历,综合能力强的财务人员组成财务人员队伍。本文就是基于当前财务人员队伍存在的弊病,对建立新型财会人员队伍提出自己的意见和建议。
