应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对各型乙型肝炎病人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)内 HBV DNA 进行检测,同时与血清内 HBVDNA 和乙肝病毒标志物(HBV M)相互关系及 PBMC 内 HBVDNA 存在的意义等进行探讨。一、对象健康人14例.肝病住院病人61例,其中急肝15例,慢迁肝18例;慢活肝22例;肝硬化6例。诊断按1990年上海肝炎会议标准.二、检测方法 HBV DNA PCR 试验盒由北医大人民医院肝病研究所生产.PBMC 内 HBV DNA 提取按常规方法.HBVM检测系是美国 abbot 试验盒。
