行政事业性收费是国家财政收入的重要组成部分,其包括的项目多、涉及面广,几乎涵盖了政府履行其职能的各个方面,在各级政府、尤其是地方政府的财政中占有比较重要的地位。怎样规范政府行政事业性收费的发展,特别是规范政府行政事业性收费的管理问题是摆在众多公共管理者面前的一道亟待解决的问题。本文就行政事业单位收费的现状和管理进行细致讨论,首先阐述了行政事业单位收费的现状,然后分析了行政事业单位收费工作中存在的问题,最后提出对行政事业单位收费问题的改进措施,以期行政事业单位收费工作合理、顺利地开展。
