本文报告ELISA测定浙江常山县1982~1996年度收集的1491份健康人血清流脑抗体的结果。在流行前期采集的样本中A群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)抗体GMT明显低于流行期的,≤2岁组的抗体阳性率和GMT显著低于6~9和10~15岁组,B群Nm抗体GMT较A群Nm抗体稍低,无显著差异,在部分年龄组中A和B群Nm抗体滴度呈线性相关。携带Nm未使A、B群Nm抗体GMT增高。健康人群血清中A群Nm抗体GMT的改变与流脑发病率之间未显示明显的线性相关。建议在流行前期开展人群抗体水平监测,在作ELISA测定时,同时抽样作杀菌抗体测定。
This article reports the results of ELISA assay of 1491 healthy human meningococcal antibodies collected from 1982 to 1996 in Changshan County, Zhejiang Province. The GMT of group A Neisseria meningitidis (Nm) antibody was significantly lower than that of epidemic phase in samples collected in pre-epidemic stage. The antibody positive rate and GMT of patients ≤2 years old were significantly lower than those of 6 ~ 9 and 10 ~ B group Nm antibody GMT group A Nm antibody slightly lower, no significant difference in some age groups A and B group Nm antibody titer was linearly correlated. Carry Nm did not make A, B group Nm antibody GMT increased. There was no significant linear correlation between changes in the GMT of group A Nm antibodies in serum of healthy people and morbidity of meningitis. Proposed early in the epidemic to carry out monitoring of antibody levels in the crowd, for the ELISA assay, simultaneous sampling for the determination of bactericidal antibodies.
