为研究复合式基层沥青路面结构力学性能,使得该结构在设计时能更加合理,以内蒙古为例,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对复合式基层沥青路面结构建立三维有限元模型,分析不同结构参数下路面结构力学指标的变化规律,为复合式基层沥青路面结构设计提供一些建议。研究结果表明:级配碎石层模量每增加100MPa,级配碎石层剪应力增加8.01%,半刚性基层拉应力减少13.78%;本文建议在进行复合式基层沥青路面结构设计时,半刚性基层厚度应大于25cm,级配碎石层模量宜为500MPa。
In order to study the mechanics performance of composite asphalt pavement structure, the structure can be more reasonable in design. Taking Inner Mongolia as an example, a three-dimensional finite element model of composite asphalt pavement structure is established by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. Under different structural parameters Pavement structural mechanics indicators of the law of variation, for the composite grassroots asphalt pavement structure design to provide some suggestions. The results show that the shear stress of the graded crushed stone increases by 8.01% and the tensile stress of the semi-rigid base decreases by 13.78% for every 100 MPa increase of the moduli of the graded crushed stone. This paper suggests that in the design of composite asphalt pavement structure, the semi-rigid Grass-roots thickness should be greater than 25cm, graded gravel layer modulus should be 500MPa.
