《湖北日报》报道,襄樊市国税局针对全市经济税源由乡镇向县域集中,农村税收降至总收入的20%,农村国税征管人员占全员比例的60%,导致税收成本过高的情况,决定撤销各县(市)下设的征管分局,农村实行邮寄申报纳税,纳税人只需到乡镇邮政支局(所)填写纳税汇款专用凭证,不再办理其他手续和支付其他费用。改革后,国税部门的工作重点转入税收管理稽查和服务,严厉打击偷、逃、骗、抗税行为,改善税收环境。此举实行后,税收成本大幅度降低。作为财税工作者,看后顿觉大快人心,不禁击节叫好!
