由于小型去湿机的广泛应用,正确地测定其去湿量的问题已日益受到人们的重视。本文提出了一种测定小型去湿机去湿量的新方法。它是使空气经过带有风机和可调风量设备的电热箱装置形成一定的温差,测出该装置进风口处的干、湿球温度与静压和出风口处的干球温度以及输入的加热功率等,即可方便地确定去湿量和循环风量。采用这一方法对小型去湿机进行了测定,得出的计算去湿量与实测去湿量的相对偏差在10%以内;得出的循环风量与用毕托管、微压仪测定的结果相比,偏差在5%以内。这表明此法不仅在理论上是正确的,而且有实用价值。它与常规的去湿量测定方法相比,新方法的主要优点是可靠、简便,同时可给出循环风量值。
Due to the widespread use of small-sized dehumidifiers, the problem of accurately measuring the amount of dehumidification has attracted increasing attention. This paper proposes a new method to determine the dehumidification capacity of a small dehumidifier. Using this method, a small dehumidifier was measured, and the relative deviation between the calculated dehumidification amount and the measured dehumidification amount was within 10%; the resulting recirculation volume was compared with the result measured with a pitot tube and a micro pressure meter. Ratio, the deviation is within 5%. This shows that this method is not only theoretically correct, but also has practical value. Compared with the conventional dehumidification method, the main advantage of the new method is that it is reliable, simple and at the same time it can give the circulating air volume value.
